Dr. Arokia Antonysamy is an award-winning psychiatrist with more than two decades of mental health expertise, NHS leadership, and experience helping people understand why action can feel hardest exactly when it matters most. She founded AroQuest because she kept seeing the same pattern: people often have some motivation, even if it is small, but that motivation can disappear before it becomes real-world activity.

Arokia’s focus is simple: help users build motivation, turn motivation into movement, and take action before momentum is lost. Physical activity matters because movement can change energy, confidence, and daily rhythm. AroQuest is designed around the physical activity of your choice, so getting active can start with a walk, a stretch, a workout, sport, dance, or any movement that fits your life.

The app is aimed at young adults aged 18–35 because this is a stage of life where routines, identity, pressure, and energy can change quickly. AroQuest uses AI and game-based challenges to meet that moment: choose an activity, complete a challenge, step away, move your body, and return to unlock progress. It is not about forcing motivation.
